The Instructional Systems Development graduate program at the University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC) is designed for individuals who design, deliver, support and measure training, learning and performance within organizations.
The program combines research and practical design experience, while providing a strong foundation in adult learning, instructional systems development and training principles. The ISD program at UMBC places emphasis on implementation of technology within instruction, and provides students with a practical application of learned skills through internships and project-based course work.
